Download and Install Microsoft office https://www.microsoft.com/en-pk/download/office.aspx
After installation search for excel in search box and open it.
Select the desired theme.
Now enter the data by making fields like cost, quantity and name and for total cost write sum and select the cost field by pressing shift+field.
